Interested in exhibiting or sponsorship at the 2018 Show?
Be part of the UK’s largest outdoor, adventure and travel focused exhibition, taking place over 4 days in February 2018 at ExCeL, London.
Whether you’re looking to increase brand awareness, launch a new product, drive retail sales or educate the public about your product or service – the Show offers a fantastic platform and our experienced team will be happy to assist you along the way.
Taking place alongside The London Bike Show, Triathlon Show: London and the Oceans Festival, the event attracted over 50,000 visitors in 2015, including visitors from all over the UK. The co-location allows brands to engage with people who might not normally attend an outdoor or travel event, but we know these people like to travel, regularly take part in outdoor recreation and like to exercise and keep fit.
Exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities are available to suit a range of budgets. Contact a member of our team for more information.
“As it was our first time at the Show we didn’t quite know what to expect, but felt that the Show theme and audience were a perfect match for our destination. The level of engagement with Show visitors was very positive, no doubt helped by the fact that we were able to pitch our stand in between the various talks on the Climb & Adventure Stage. Considering it’s not solely a travel show per se, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the enquiries – we definitely felt that we were talking to the right kind of crowd.”
“I just wanted to say a big thank you and also a BIG WELL DONE. I thought the show was much improved since my last visit in 2013, I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 days there. The stage that I spoke at was much better than in 2013 and was packed both days that I spoke. All the staff I engaged with were brilliant, very helpful with all answers at their fingertips!!! I very much look forward to working with you again.”
“The Show was a big success for us again this, year. Each event over the past four years we have built on the experience we offer at the Outdoor Photography PhotoBox. The speaker theatre looked awesome and drew lots of positive comments from speakers and visitors alike. The talks were all really well attended, with some audiences overflowing out into the aisle.
“This year we deeply integrated our Outdoor Photographer of the Year exhibition and the awards ceremony into the offering, alongside our competition sponsor Fjällräven (who took the stand adjacent to the PhotoBox). We announced the overall winner live at the show and broadcast it live via our website too – it was a real hit.
“There was a great vibe around the show again, and we know that being there has had a significant positive impact on the perception of our brand.”
“We had a great number of people visiting the Clipper Race dome who were in search of a big adventure and a truly unique experience within which they could really test their own limits and capabilities. Spending four days in the company of fellow adventurers and listening to some of the speakers, some of our which were our own, was truly inspiring.”
“It was our first time to the Show as an exhibitor and we are happy to experience that visitors were very interested in travelling to Cuba to enjoy any of the beautiful places we have to offer for outdoor and adventure travel. We would definitely like to participate next year again as we have seen a high interest in our country.”
“The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky identified the audience at The Outdoor Adventure & Camping Show as a prime opportunity to engage with those with a sense of adventure, perfectly matching with the ‘Discover your Distinctive Character’ campaign involving some of the UK’s best known explorers. The scale of the audience allowed us to reach a huge target group over a four day period who may not of been aware of the Black Grouse. The event team were professional and very helpful to work with right through from negotiation to show set up and made the whole process very easy to manage.”
“We had a great time and are certain that over the next weeks and months we will see an increase in the amount of interest in the race. We’re already planning next year and are quite excited about a few ideas we already have.”
