Half term fun for all the family!
With plenty to see and do for the whole family, the co-locating London Bike Show, Outdoor Adventure & Camping Show, Triathlon Show: London and Oceans Festival events offer families, cyclists, athletes, outdoor enthusiasts and adventurers of all ages a great day out - all for the pice of just one ticket.
The Outdoor Adventure & Camping Show is where adventures begin. From the Adventure Theatre where inspiring and knowledgeable guest speakers such as former Rugby Union player turned mountaineer Richard Parks and adventurer Laura Bingham, who cycled 7,000km across the continent of South America in 2016 to Nick Spellman aka Animal Man who gives exciting and educational talks on all kinds of creepy crawlies and critters as well as hands-on interaction, offering the opportunity to get up close with and and better understand incredible creatures!
Meanwhile the Survival Camp is where ex-British Special Forces soldier Bob Podesta and the ‘A’ Squadron will be teaching essential survival skills such as navigating, trap setting and Morse code.
The Adventure Playground plays host to a multi-sided rock climbing wall for young mountaineers, 90ft of tunnels for underground explorers to get a feel for caving and a chance to try out slacklining for the first time and discover a new hobby.
If you’re in the market for a new tent or any camping equipment for your next family getaway, The Camping Village will have what you need. With outdoor brands such as Blacks, PJ Outdoors, Vango and Outwell attending the show, you can get fully kitted out for any adventure.
Incredible Oceans Live! at Oceans Festival is a great opportunity to learn about all things aquatic with guest speakers, underwater experts, conservationists and scientists giving interesting and educational talks. As part of the experience, Incredible Oceans Live! are bringing an amazing collection of inflatable life-size marine mammals and answering any questions inquisitive young minds may have about dolphins, whales and life under water.
The London Bike Show is the UK’s largest bike show and boasts a wealth of guest speakers such as track cycling legend, Olympian Sir Chris Hoy and britain’s most decorated female Paralympian Dame Sarah Storey so budding future olympians can pick up some useful tips and meet their heroes. With a 500m test track and dedicated kids test track to try out the latest bikes from well known brands such as Islabikes and Street Velodrome - a mini banked racing track with three times World Champion BMX and two times World Champion Team Pursuit track rider Shanaze Reade on hand to provide coaching, there’s lots of opportunity for younger riders to show what they can do!
If that wasn’t enough, Air to the Throne, the UK’s biggest freestyle mountain bike competition gives the public a chance to see some of the world’s best mountain bike riders go head to head and pull off their most daring and awe inspiring tricks and Action Sports Tour will wow the crowds with incredible BMX, scooter, roller blading and free running demonstrations.

Family tickets are available for £35 Thur/ Fri and £45 Sat/ Sun. A family ticket entitles a family to 2 x adult and up to 3 junior (age 9-16) tickets. Under 9's go free!
